What happens if I lose one of my earrings, can I get a replacement? 


If we have the material in stock, a replacement pair or single earring can be purchased at a discounted rate. Keep in mind that leather thickness and color may vary. Email us at kristipiercedesigns@gmail.com with replacement earring in the subject line. You will be responsible for shipping fees for replacement earrings. 

Are earrings safe for sensitive ears? 

Yes! All of our earrings are lightweight and hypoallergenic. We use nickel and lead free stainless steel and sterling silver ear wires and findings. Clip earrings are available as well. Please leave a note in your order that you need clip on findings. 

I ordered the wrong size and/or color. Can I exchange? 

Yes, we accept exchanges. Please send us an email to kristipiercedesigns@gmail.com with “exchange” in the subject line. Please include: order number, full name, and desired color or size you would like to exchange your current pair with. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Earrings must be in original packaging and unworn. There are no exchanges on sale or discounted earrings. You will be responsible for any shipping fees. 

Oops! My earring order has the wrong address or says it’s undeliverable.

Let us know as soon as you can so we can correct your order if it is not shipped. If your order has already shipped, another order will be needed to be reshipped or you can contact your local post office to get tracking info.
