Shipping policy

We try our best to ship orders as soon as possible. Our current turn around time is approximately 1-2 weeks and is dependent on the size of your order.

This online shop is a small business, run primarily by me, designer Kristi Pierce. When I'm not designing and crafting earrings, I work full time as an Occupational Therapist for the local school district.  That means between a full time schedule and my family at home, I'm a crafter by night and weekend.  I will do my best to address all orders as quickly as possible but ask for grace, as sometimes schedules are very busy!  It may take up to 2 weeks for orders to ship. During peak business windows, like holidays and big sales, lead times may be extended temporarily.
